Sizing

What size should I choose?

Because sizing is different from various manufacturers we always recommend using each products sizing guide. For best results measure your child for the most accurate fit possible. If a specific sizing chart is not available for your product you can refer to this sizing chart here:

My purchased items do not fit

If you purchased items that do not fit, but are true to the sizing guide provided, you can exchange the products. A restocking fee of 35% may be applied. If the product does not fit due to a manufacturing error, you can simply contact us to set up an exchange or a refund where applicable. 

Ordering Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept all major credit cards, PayPal and we offer Sezzle. Sezzle allows you to split your purchase into 4 monthly payments without any fees or interest at all. 

Does Sezzle charge any fees?

Did my order go through?

Within a few minutes of placing your order you should receive an order confirmation email from us. If you do not see the order confirmation email be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email after 30 minutes please feel free to contact us as sometimes there could be a typo when entering your email address. We would be more than happy to assist you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After your order ships we are unable to cancel your order. You may setup a return when you receive your order but there will be a restocking fee of 35% for all returns. 

Is your website safe to order from?

In short ABSOLUTELY! We use SHOPIFY which is the largest E-Commerce platform in the world. Shopify is ran on a SaaS system which basically means anytime Shopify implements a security upgrade it is automatically installed without us having to take any steps at all. This means more security for us and our customers together. We also use a secured checkout to ensure your sensitive information is never shared. Even as store owners we do not have access to your credit card information aside from the last 4 digits.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Times for final delivery are split into two times, processing and shipping

Processing time is the time to prepare your order and can take an average of 5-7 business days to complete. Shipping time is the time from when your package is shipped until it delivered to you. Shipping can take 1-2 weeks to arrive from our warehouse to you. Average delivery from the time you place your order is 1-3 weeks

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately. When processing has completed (5-7 business days) you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Within the shipping email you will find a link to your tracking so that you can begin to track your package to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders all of the time. Regardless if you order just a headband or five outfits, enjoy FREE shipping on us!

Where is my order?

If you've placed your order and received an order confirmation email, your order is in the processing stage. Processing times average around 5-7 business days but could take longer depending on season and times of increased sales. 

After the processing has been completed, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking information. The shipping process can take 1-3 weeks for final delivery, depending on the carrier and other factors.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email or are missing tracking information, you can use our contact us page, and we would be happy to help. 

I did not receive all my items. Where are they?

If you have not received your entire order you are welcome to reach out to us. Sometimes orders are split at the time of shipping if one item is not immediately available. Typically the missing item will be delivered shortly after the original items.

If the original estimated delivery window (1-3 weeks) has passed and you still have not received your missing items, you can contact usand we can provide you with the additional tracking numbers needed for your order.

My tracking information has not updated.

This is pretty common when the tracking will not update for about usually 10 days or more. Unfortunately this is an issue with USPS. Many times our packages are not scanned until the day of delivery. The final time of delivery should still fall between 1-3 weeks of the original order date.

Return Questions

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you wish to return your order we are happy to do so for you. We do have a 35% restocking fee of the original purchase price. In order to set up a return please contact us for further directions.

If the return is due to a manufacturing error, you can simply contact us to set up an exchange or a refund where applicable.

My item was damaged, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged item please take a photo of the item and send us an email at help@everbloombaby.com We will be able to issue you a refund or ship another product after you file your claim with us. 

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process back to your account depending on your bank, and payment method used.

Ambassadors and Influencers

How can my child be an Ambassador?

EverBloom Baby offers two types of programs for parents who want to be Ambassadors. For those with larger social media audiences we have our Influencer Program and for everyone else who wants to be involved we have an extensive Rewards Program.

Although we wish every baby could be part of our Influencer Program we are looking for social influencers with a larger audience and interactions. The right candidate should have and Instagram following with an average of 750 likes per photo and at least 15 comments. YouTubers should have an average of 3,000 views per video.

If you don't quite have a large enough following yet, there are still plenty of ways to get involved and earn some incredible rewards. We offer a referral program as well as offer extra rewards for example if we feature your child's photo on our Instagram and Facebook page. Check out our Reward Program for more info.

I am a professional photographer - can I help?

Yes you can! If you are a professional photographer we would love to check out your online portfolio to see if we could use your skills. Although we will not be able to work with every photographer we are always looking for great content on our website along with our Social Media Pages.
