US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on the courier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages from the postal service. Please feel free to contact us if you feel your package has not been delivered outside of the estimated time provided.
At EverBloom Baby the satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us! As such, we have put together the following return policy. We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase, or 7 days from the date of delivery. If you attempt to return an item after this time period, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, included in the package mailed in to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. All returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee, or site credit for the total amount of the returned items (if eligible).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be eligible for site credit, but will also be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
